Johana - Ster Mare - Champion of her keuring in Holland.

Johana is a 5-year-old 2nd premie ster mare sired by the late Preferent stallion "Feitse 293." Her damsire is Teunis, who sired world champion approved stallion "Harmen." She was the champion of her keuring last summer in Holland. Coming from stam line 2, her heritage can be traced back to 1885. This stam line is known for legendary mares Eeldertsje and Caspara and also produced approved stallions Minne 193, Otto 199, Oege 267, Murk 194, Hindrik 222, Kasper 229, Rients 270, Meier 307, Oeds 318, and Wypke 277. Obviously she comes from very serious breeding lines. She had a foal this spring that was tragically lost do to a clostridium infection contracted from the environment after his birth. So, she is open and has already been through her foal heat. She is ready to be bred to the stallion of your choice. Started under saddle, she has a good mind and work ethic and aims to please.
