Rene AKA Rens

Meet Rens.  He is a 3-year-old son of Ymte. His mother is a full sister of the mother of Wikke 404.  Rens has "high class sporthorse" written all over him. He is very easy to handle. He has a willing temperment and his movement is nothing but exemplary.   In January 2008 he meassure's approx 1,62 mtr and will likely mature to 1,65 mtr (Approx 16.1 to 16.2).  Rens was born on the 27th of June 2005 and is Ymte x Gerlof .  He has inherited Ymte's signature face (absolutely beautiful) and he likes to cuddle.   Rens recently completed the 6 week offspring testing to assist Ymte in gaining offspring approval.  His scores were simple exemplary!  He has been fully trained by the official professional trainers of the KFPS studbook and is now under saddle and pulling the carriage.   Contact Eric for more information . Monte

Monte is a friendly stallion with a plethora of hair. If you are looking for hair hair hair, this is the horse! He received a 2nd Premie as a foal. His dam and grand dam are both ster. He is from stam 115; the line that produced Tetman 205. He has a solid start under saddle and is mid to high teens as a gelding and low 20K's as a stallion. Metse

Congratulations to Family Hochreiter in Nasswald, Austria.   Leave it to Eric to find our own diamond in the rough!  Metse is of stam 43, which produced Naen 264, Dahgo 247, Zjoerd 239, Lammert 260, Diedert 288, Hearke 254 PREF, Melle 311 and Epke 182.    This damline had many exports to South Africa in the late 50's and early 60's.  Metse's current papers read ster, stb, ster, ster +pref.  However, we believe his Grandmother, Phillipa may have since become Preferent.  This would make Metse a full papered gelding.  He has the signature Feitse character of being easy to handle (even when he was a stallion).  He is just starting under saddle and has been a  model student with the hot-walker/training mill.    He has a long mane, a nice forelock, and a pretty face.  Three years old - Feitse x Wicher Click here for VIDEO, Pedigree, and more photos.  (new video of Metse in the training mill - posted June 26th). Murk

Murk earned his ster stallion predicate and is ALL quality. Fresh x-rays available. He is an Ulbert x Nammen with 30 days of driving experience and 30 days under saddle. Born in April of 2004.  This gelding is a top-shelf mover. I video taped his last driving session while I was recently in Weert. Mike
	This goes to show that sometimes they sell fast! Mike is sold to Susan in Colorado. Congratulations! More where he came from, just inquire. Tjesse x Rypke - 1.64 mtrs. Well developed, big boy for his age with a long forelock, mane and tail. Made it through the first round of the stallion trials. Castrated in January and well healed. Has been in professional training all of February.

Folkje

Congratulations to Siri and Troy! Whether you are looking for a pretty saddle horse, or you want to climb the stambook ladder and take this mare for model, you will be happy with Folkje. Folkje is an 6 year old, first premium starmare. Lolke x Melle x Hearke bread. Her pedigree is stb/star/star/Model+pref. The figure's for walk is 7 and trot is an 8. Tetscke
	Tetscke is a luscious star mare out of Brandus. Over 16H tall with a Tsjerk foal by her side. She is trained for riding and has produced one other 1st premie foal. Has been bred to recently approved Tsjerk son, "Hinne."

Sissel

Congratulations Jen! *************Sissel has arrived in Ellensburg. She has an excellent start under saddle. Video available at our video link. She is doing well with rythm and relaxation. This is a tall, kind mare. She also has some natural horsemanship background (really fun to play with in the round pen or at liberty in the arena), and deserves a forever home. Already a proven broodmare, she is out of the deceased stallion "Pyt." Sissel is unique. She is a fully papered mare (studbook), who is priced very fairly at $16,500. Price will go up with training, so put some thought into this mare and take her home for the New Year.

Zega TW

Congratulations Karen and Jamie! Born here at Tailwind Friesians, Zega has been handled since birth. He is by Anton and out of our Folkert x Leffert mare, Amber. His pedigree reads :STB,STER,STER,STB,STER. We've owned his dam for almost 4 years and she has the most lovely temperment, is a little smaller - at 15.2, and is very athletic and versatile. Zega has adopted her athleticism, kind personality, and good looks. He will likely have a lot of feathering, long mane and tail (Anton blood) and mature to 15.2-16H. He has lovely conformation and is a very up-hill mover. He is registered with FHANA and is pure Dutch Friesian. We will only sell him to an approved home. Zwieber
	SOLD in Holland - Zwieber is out of Miranda's favorite dressage and brood-mare, Axima. Damline reads Ster, Model+Pref, Model+Pref, Model+ Pref. Third premium as a colt.
