SPECIAL! Portland Systems recently sold an arena and the customers did not take delivery. It is an 80' x 150' x 16'. It has 2 framed openings in the left end wall 14'x14' and 1 framed opening in the front sidewall 10'x12'. There are 2 3070 walk doors and 1 6070 walk door. The building is painted white with brown trim. It was sold for almost $94,000 and the customer never paid. So, it is now available at $72,000.
